Instructions
zest the lemon
Set a large sauce pan on a medium high heat on your stove top.
Adding in the wine and vinegar with the lemon juice.
when the wine and vingar is reduce to 1/2 cup.
add in black peppercorns, Shallots and Parsley
after the sauce reduces to 1/4 cup from the starting volume.
add in cream to thicken. set heat to low and add in butter as you stir .
Strain out all of the large ideas as the finished sauce does not need it.
taste for salt and pepper level and add more as required.
