Description
Invisible Apple Cake is the little magic trick your kitchen never knew it needed. Imagine paper-thin slices of tender apple, so perfectly nestled into a silky, custard-kissed batter that they seem to disappear right before your eyes — only to reappear as the most delicate, melt-in-your-mouth cake you've ever tasted. Each bite is a love letter to simplicity: buttery, lightly sweet, fragrant with vanilla, and brimming with the cozy warmth of apple season. It's the kind of cake that makes people lean in close, squint at the slice, and ask "wait, what's in this?" — and then immediately ask for another piece. Whether you're baking it for a lazy Sunday brunch, an afternoon treat, or just because apples were on sale and the universe was speaking to you, this cake delivers pure joy with zero fuss. Oui, it's French-inspired. And oui, it's absolutely worth every thin, beautiful slice.
